Following up the critical success of 2014’s Past 21, Megaton Leviathan have assembled a wrecking crew of new musicians to help facilitate and further realise the expansive, soundtrack-like material of that album. Mage sees the band experimenting with the likes of post-punk, darkwave, krautrock, and a continuation of the orchestral, rock and synth driven scores of John Carpenter and Goblin. Recorded entirely in house, self produced by Reuscher, Subite, and the band, mixed by Past 21 veteran Mort Subite (Curezum, Chrome, Alfheimr), and mastered by Billy Anderson, featuring guest appearances from industrial rock godfather Helios Creed (Chrome; additional guitar on Take the Fire), and Adam Stacey (Estradasphere; piano on a haunting cover of Eno and Cluster’s The Belldog), Mage is Megaton Leviathans most complete work to date,
